All entrants, owners and drivers enter and participate in this event at their own risk. 2.The Hull Police Association., Town of Hull,  Hull Nantasket Beach Chamber of Commerce and their agents and employees accept no liability for any loss or damage suffered to any entrant owner or driver by any means, act or omission or through any circumstances and the entrant hereby agrees to indemnify and save harmless the organizers, sponsors and promoters of this event, their agents and employees from all actions, suits, claims, proceedings or demands, or loss howsoever arising out of the entrant's participating in this event.
